For over two decades, Sippar Architects has been at the forefront of architectural innovation in the Middle East and beyond. What started as a small design studio in 2000 has grown into an internationally recognized firm with a portfolio spanning commercial towers, luxury residences, cultural landmarks, and hospitality projects.
Our name, inspired by the ancient Mesopotamian city of Sippar, reflects our deep respect for heritage and our belief that great architecture bridges the past and the future. Every project we undertake carries this philosophy forward.
Our multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, interior designers, and project managers works collaboratively to deliver projects that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. We believe that great architecture is born from the intersection of art, technology, and sustainability.

Company Milestones
2000
Founded
Sippar Architects was established with a vision to create extraordinary architectural experiences. Starting with a team of five passionate designers, we set out to redefine the built environment.
2005
First Major Project
Completed our first landmark commercial tower, establishing our reputation for innovative design and meticulous execution. This project marked our transition from a boutique studio to a full-service firm.
2010
International Expansion
Opened our first international office and began projects across the Gulf region. Our portfolio expanded to include cultural institutions, luxury hospitality, and large-scale urban developments.
2015
Award-Winning
Received our first international architecture award, recognizing our commitment to design excellence and innovation. This milestone validated our approach and inspired us to aim even higher.
2020
Sustainability Focus
Launched our dedicated sustainable design division, committing to net-zero design principles and LEED certification across all new projects. Sustainability became central to everything we do.
